[Minister of the Gospel] Montgomery Co. Ala / Much older than she, & jealous. Elisha Reynolds on marriage license bond No Issue. m.3. Dr. Ben A. Hill, May 13, 1868, at Pine Level, Ala. by Thos. L. Miles, M.G. No Issue. Married first for love, second for money, third for looks -- looks killer her. A tree fell on first husband, paralyzed lower limbs, & then he died. His brother, A.J. Leysath, of Butler Co. was gdn of her sons. The older lived with his father's people in Orangeburg, S.C. & was substantial. Younger son stayed with her & kin in Ala. & finally moved to Texas -- Didn't amount to much. Annie m. Nov. 25, 1869, when 13 years old, to Dilmus L. Osborn, much older than she, with Dr. Hill on bond. No issue. She m.2 _______ Stevens & had one son Henry, who isn't very bright, married a common woman of bad reputation, & had wasted his property -- was well-off. Power of Atty, Elizabeth E. Hill to Dilmus L. Osborn, Feb. 16, 1871 Her will in Book 5 p 128, Montgomery Co. Ala. D.L. Osborn appointed Spec. Admr. Sept. 18, [very faint follows, possibly erased] Lived mostly in Wetumpka then in Montgomery Co. for about 6 years before her death in Pine Level.
