WWI dischard card (Service Form) for Grover Vincent dated 17 Mar 1921 provided by the State of Florida. According to www.archives.gov/st-louis/military-personnel/dd-214.html, forms like this were used prior to 1950 when the DD-214 was issued. The form says Grover did serve overseas from 16 May 1918 until 18 Aug 1919 but that he was not involved in any engagements, he did not receive any wounds, was not disabled in any way and was then (1921) living in Jacksonville, FL.
